3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is closed. The first respondent is directed to serve the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already given. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition.
