This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the order of this Court dated 25.06.2015 passed in W.P.(MD) No.20067 of 2014.

2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and after conducting property enquiry, an order has also been passed thereon. A copy of the proceedings (signed on 03.09.2015) has been produced before this Court.

3. In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
