ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the panchami land allotted to her, has been converted into housing plot, has submitted several representations to the respondents and filed this writ petition for a direction to take appropriate action based on her representations.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits on the subject property based on the directions given by this Court in the earlier round of litigation, an enquiry is pending with the District Collector. However the petitioner has not participated in that enquiry. 2/4

3.In view of the above, the respondents are directed to communicate the details to the petitioner with regard to the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to participate in the enquiry, which is pending before the District Collector concerned.

4.With the above direction this writ petition is closed. No costs.
