[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 52 days in filing the above writ appeal.
2. This Court ordered notice to the respondents 3 to 10 on 25.11.2025. However, till date, the respondents 3 to 10 have not entered appearance. However, till date, the respondents 1 and 2 have not filed their counter affidavit. Hence, we are inclined to condone the delay.
3. Being satisified with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 52 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned.
