ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.3547 of 2006 dated 29.10.2010 was confirmed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD)No.1360 of 2014 dated 17.03.2017. Thereafter, the respondent had implemented the order of this Court. 2.Thus, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
