This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus first respondent to remove the name of the petitioners from History Sheet which is maintained by the third respondent police, based on the representation of the petitioners dated 29.11.2022, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioners' representation dated 29.11.2022 will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in January 2023. 2/4
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioners' representation dated 29.11.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting scheduled in the Month of January 2023.
