ORDER:

This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and letter in D.No.585/2025 dated 02/06/2025 received from the Judicial Magistrate,Additional Mahila Court,Madurai, seeking further time to dispose the case, and this court made the following order:

This Court, while disposing of Crl.OP.(MD)No.20088 of 2024, by its order, dated 20.11.2024 has directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai to dispose of the case in C.C.No.548 of 2020, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.The learned Judicial Magistrate has circulated a letter dated 02.06.2025, seeking further time to dispose of C.C.No.548 of 2020. 3.In view of the above, further time of three months is granted as requested by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.548 of 2020.
