ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the second respondent dated 06.10.2017. By the impugned proceedings dated 06.10.2017, the petitioner's application for issuance of licence was rejected stating that he has not produced any document that the Mill was in existence before 2002.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4
