PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS to direct respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No. 263 of 2023 dt. 09.08.2023 and to file the final report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No. 263 of 2023 dt. 09.08.2023 and to file the final report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that in this case six witnesses have been examined and report of the Revenue Divisional Officer has been received and waiting for RFSL report and seeks one month time to complete the investigation.
3. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned court preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
