O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this court in Crl.O.P (MD)No.10827 of 2016, dated 04.07.2016.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that as per the direction of this court, on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the respondent police on 08.07.2016 and closure report was also served to the petitioner.
