ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by this Court made in W.P.(MD)No.3810 of 2016, dated 03.03.2016. By the said order, this Court directed the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed under Section 70 of the Act, as expeditiously as possible.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that as on today, no board has been constituted and therefore, there is no disobedience to the order passed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In the above circumstances, since no board has been constituted as on today, there is no violation of the order passed by this Court. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file necessary application after the constitution of the board, if the appeal is not disposed of as directed by this Court. No costs.
