Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioners case for reposting at the parent place i.e. Govt ADW Boys Hostel, Panpozhi till such time the Petitioner may be allowed to continue at the 5th respondent Hostel.

O R D E R

This Court, by an earlier order dated 07.03.2016, in W.P.(MD). No.4130 of 2016 directed the respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.02.2016 sympathetically, for his re-posting at the parent place as expeditiously and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks. Since the respondent herein has not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.

2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, dated 16.08.2017, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complied with by the respondent and nothing survives in this contempt petition.

3.Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
