ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to provide adequate police protection, on the petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondents would conduct an enquiry and take appropriate decision.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Court directs the third respondent to conduct the enquiry and communicate the result of the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of this order.
