Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd Respondent district elementary educational officer to approve forthwith the appointmentio of Mr.Gnanasekar as secondary Grade Teacher in the petitioner school w.e.f the date of appointment on 11.03.2011 with all attendant beneftis including the arrears os salary and allowances.

Heard Mr.P.Murugavel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that in compliance of the order dated 04.07.2013 made in W.P.(MD)No.10495 of 2013, proceedings dated 27.12.2016 in Na.Ka.No.3147/A2/2014 has been issued and the copy of the same has been produced before this Court.

and he intends to make representation regarding the same and in the event of any adverse orders, reserves the right to agitate the same in appropriate legal proceedings.
