ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) By consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. The limited prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition is for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 09.10.2024, as against the orders passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.286/2024/A1 dated 25.09.2024.
3. Since the appeal is still pending, it would be appropriate to direct the first respondent to dispose it of expeditiously, within the stipulated time.
4. In view of the above observations, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 09.10.2024 as
expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
