[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachments made by the respondents 5 and 6 in the rain water supply channel, known as Vandipathai, in Survey No.84 of Valayankulam Village and directing the second respondent to construct a supply channel in the western edge of the said rain water supply channel to supply water to Thottiyapatti Kanmai.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned for the petitioner fairly submitted that the encroachments have been removed.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
