O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for the deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order dated 12.02.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2488 of 2016.

2. Mr.Gurunathan, Inspector of Police, Kulithalai Police Station is present. When the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the order dated 12.02.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.2488 of 2016 has been complied with and on the complaint given by the petitioner , a petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 30.11.2016 and a copy of the closure report was also sent to the petitioner by post on 02.12.2016. A copy of the closure report has been submitted to this Court.
