Prayer in WP(MD)No.18013 of 2015:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to implement the order passed by the 1st respondent made in its proceedings in Na.Ka.No. G2/4714/2013 (14894/2013) dated 26.11.2014 and to carryout appropriate changes in all the revenue records in the name of the petitioner by restoring the original patta number 890 by correcting the new Patta No. 1785 dated 17.03.2015 by inserting the lands in S.No. 164/4, 164/3, 164/2 and 171/1 for an extent of 1 Hec. 390 Ares 0.75.5 Ares respectively situated in Pathinettankudi Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District by considering the representation of the Petitioner dated 30/9/2015 within a stipulated period as that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
