ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.08.2023 and conclude the enquiry in connection with CSR No. 403 of 2023 dated 23.08.2023 on the file of the second respondent within time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted on the complaint given by the petitioner, First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.17 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 420 of IPC and Section 66 of Information Technology Act as against the accused persons.

3. In view of the same nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition and the petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
