Contemnors/Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 praying to punish the respondents herein for their deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 20.04.2016 in W.A(MD)No.666 of 2016. Writ Appeal preferred under clause XV of Letters patent against the interim order passed by this Court, dated 22.12.2015 in M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2015 in W.P.(MD)No.23365 of 2015. Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the 3rd respondent District Elementary Educational Officer to approve forthwith the appointment of the Petitioner as Secondary Grade teacher in the 5th respondent school namely, TNDTA Primary School, Jambulingapuram, Tuticorin District w.e.f. the date of petitioners appointment viz., 01.08.2012 with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance.

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Alleging that the order of this Court in W.A(MD)No.666 of 2016, dated 20.04.2016, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this contempt petition. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that already the order passed in the writ appeal has been complied with. The said submission is recorded.

3.In view of the same, nothing survives in this contempt petition. Hence, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
