ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere into the matrimonial (civil) dispute and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there existed matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. He would further submit that the petitioner has given a representation before the first respondent, but no action has been taken so far.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, CSR.No.337 of 2022 came to be registered and that after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed on 16.06.2022. He would further submit that the petitioner has also lodged a complaint and on that basis, CSR.No.681 of 2022 came to be registered and the same is pending and that since it is a matrimonial dispute between the parties, they are going to close the complaint shortly.
5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 16.12.2022 Index :
