ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to modify the order of this Court, directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- on or 1/3
before 26.09.2024 and continue to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (per month) till the disposal of the Criminal Revision.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as tutor in L.V.Prasad Film institute at Chennai and is getting Rs.13,000/- per month.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is a film director and he had released one film to his credit and he is having sufficient means and this Court modified and awarded the amount that too meagre sum of Rs.10,000/- 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the Family Court has awarded a sum of Rs.12,000/- for the wife as well as the minor child, this Court while granting interim orders directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards arrears and Rs.10,000/- per month till the disposal of the main revision. This Court is not inclined to modify the order.
