O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for the flagrant violation and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 22.04.2016 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6348 of 2016.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6348 of 2016, the respondent has not filed final report in Cr.No.315 of 2015.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent has filed the final report based on the direction given by this Court and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.10422 of 2016 by the Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam. no wilful and deliberate disobedience and the respondent is having highest respect with this Court.

4. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
