O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22834 of 2015 dated 02.12.2015. 2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the case was closed as undetected and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Valliyur, which has issued notice to the petitioner in D.No.4326/16 and posted the matter on 30.01.2017.

3.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner did not receive any notice. 4.Be that as it may, since it is now brought to the notice of this Court that the matter has been posted on 30.01.2017, it is open to the petitioner to appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Valliyur and make submissions.

Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the view that there is no wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
