3.After lapse of three years from the date of representation of the petitioner, this Court cannot direct the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner. However, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation on the fresh cause of action to the 4th respondent/The Inspector of Police, Subramaniapuram Police Station, Madurai - 625 003 herein. If any representation made by the petitioner, on receipt of the same, 4th respondent / The Inspector of Police, Subramaniapuram Police Station, Madurai - 625 003 is directed to pass orders on the representation.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
