Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.13 of 2020, dated 11.08.2020 on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.13 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent Police Station.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2020, a final report has been filed, which has been taken on file in C.C.No.1266 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, Madurai District.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised.
