Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the error allegedly committed during UDR.

3. It is the third respondent who is the authority competent to correct the same. The petitioner is permitted to submit a revision petition before the third respondent. It is well settled that there is no limitation prescribed for filing such revision petition. The third respondent is directed to dispose of the revision petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks after receiving the same. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or other.
