Heard both sides.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Shri.N.Marimuthu, learned counsel representing Shri.Balakrishnan intervenor made his submissions.

3. The issue pertains to the approval of the school committee for the petition mentioned school. The second respondent declined to grant approval. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent. All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the same. No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent will hold enquiry on 27.11.2023 at 3.00 pm., The petitioner as well as the intervenor shall appear. They will not receive any separate notice. It is open to the first respondent to issue notice to any other objector if he or she so desires. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4
