Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Letter No.41/017268/C5/TNSETC/2015 dated 10.07.2015 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary. violation of principles of law and further direct the respondents 1 and 2 to pay/sanction terminal benefits (2/3rd share), Family Pension and Death cum Retirement Gratuity entirely to petitioners within the stipulated period.

This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondents for having not obeyed the order of this Court dated 05.04.2016 passed in W.P.(MD) No.16247 of 2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that the order has been duly complied with and the payment has already been paid to the petitioners. A copy of the receipt in proof thereof has also been produced before this Court..
