ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks refund of the deposit amounts. I consciously refrain from quantifying the amount payable to the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner's entitlement is not in dispute. The second respondent is directed to return the amount payable to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is allowed on these terms.
