Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the first respondent made in CMP Nos.37 and 38 of 2017 and the consequential proceedings of second respondent made in Na.Ka.No.641/2015/7 A3 dated 25.10.2017 and quash the same as illegal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already paid the arrears of rent pursuant to an interim order, dated 14.11.2017 and there is no arrears as on date.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition stands closed and the respondents are directed not to proceed further in terms of the impugned order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
