Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/5891/2015-323 dated 11.07.2015 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to re-fix the seniority of petitioner as Head Constable and Special Sub-Inspector with retrospective effect namely 1988 and 01.06.08 respectively by paying a arrears of monetary benefits.
