Prayer in WP(MD). 10233 & 10234/ 2016 :

Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for entire records connected with the impugned order passed by 3rd respondent in Omu.No. 424/a4/2016 and Omu.No. 425/a4/2016 dated 28.01.2016 and quash the same and directing the 3rd respondent to approve the appointment of P.Linga Selvi as Office Assistant and L.Sathish Kumar as Junior Assistant in the petitioner school namely Sri Mariamman Hindu Higher Secondary School, Sathan Kulam - 628 704, Thoothukudi District with all consequential monetary benefits and salary with effect from 06.01.2016.

COMMON ORDER Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent in both the petitions submits that the common order of this Court dated 22.06.2016 in W.P.(MD) Nos.10234 and 10233 of 2016 has been complied with and produced copy of the proceedings of the respondent dated 25.04.2017 in Na.Ka.No.3987/A4/16. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same and made an endorsement to that effect.
