This Court, by an earlier order dated 02.03.2016 had directed the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.09.2015, in the light of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6793/2009/A7, dated 12.07.2013 issued by the second respondent and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks. 2.Today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent by producing a proceedings in letter No.8956/Ng&.1/2016-4, dated 03.02.2017, submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with and nothing survives in this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
