Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS thereby direct the respondent to fix the salary of the petitioner on the basis of the order of appointment dated 18.02.2016 issued by the respondent, by considering the petitioners representation dated 13.09.2024 and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER

Pursuant to the orders of this Court made in W.P.(MD).No.22565 of 2017 dated 15.02.2022, the petitioner was posted as Bill Collector at Chennai North, Kaladipet Area, Chennai. Now, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to fix the salary on the basis of order of appointment dated 18.02.2016. Hence, the present writ petition is not maintainable before this bench.

2. The Registry is therefore directed to denumber the writ petition and transfer the same to the Principal Bench at Madras after getting necessary orders from the Hon'ble Administrative Judge. 28.11.2025 gvn 2/4
