Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 10964/ 2015 : Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of the Cr.PC praying to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to give the police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner at the time of constructing the building in T.S.Ward No.9, Block 10, T.S.No.1886, Akkasalai, Vinyagarkovil st., Tirunelveli Town based on the representation dated 09.06.2015. O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for the flagrant violation and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 18.06.2015 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10964 of 2015.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10964 of 2015, the respondent has not registered a case based on the complaint of the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the directions issued by this Court, the respondent has registered a case and after investigation final report was filed, which was also taken in file in C.C.No.205 of 2016 and the trial has also commenced. He would further submit that there is no wilful and deliberate disobedience and the respondent is having highest respect with this Court.

4.Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
