Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd and 4th respondents herein to implement the memo dated 21.7.2014 in Na.Ka.No.Aa2/10170/2014 of the 2nd respondent and thereby remove the encroachment made by the 5th respondent herein in survey no.737/1 in T. 2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 11.08.2015, passed in W.P.(MD) No.14325 of 2014.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the Special Government Pleader submitted that review application, in Rev.Apl.(MD) No.5 of 2017, has been filed to review the order, dated 11.08.2015, made in W.P.(MD) No.14325 of 2014.
