as regularized vide the G.O.Ms.No.94, Agriculture (Ve.Ni.3) Department, dated 26.05.2012 and accordingly promote the petitioners as the Assistant Executive Engineers within the time stipulated by this Court.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, promotion has been given to the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

2.The petitioner has challenged the seniority panel in this writ petition. The Writ Petition was filed in the year 2017. Learned Counsel for the petitioner also admits that promotion was given to the petitioner subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.
