ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents not to proceed any construction work in Survey No.660 situated at Melakadambankulam, South Valliyoor Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2023.

2.The respondents have proposed to put up an Anganwadi construction in the said land. Pending writ petition, the petitioner has given No Objection Certificate to put up the said construction in Na.Ka.No.305 of 2025, dated 18-02-2025 and the same is extracted here under: 2/5

3.Since the petitioner has given the above said No Objection Certificate, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
