PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct the survey and fix the four boundaries of the petitioner property in S.No.74/13 with an extent 6 ares in Patta No.97 of Padappanarvayal Village, Peravurani Taluk, Thanjavur District on the basis of the petitioner's application No. 2024/N123/21/005086 within a stipulated time. ORDER
By this writ petition, petitioners had prayed for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to conduct a survey of the land in S.No.74/13. 2.At today's hearing, learned Government Advocate has placed on record a communication from the Tahsildar to the petitioner stating that his request for survey has been rejected on account of the dispute raised by one Kalanesan. 3.In view thereof, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed by leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the order of rejection in accordance with law. No costs.
