: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in Pen2/4/10217234/Rev/14-15/ADK/Misc dated 29.04.2015 issued by the 5th respondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to G.O.(Ms) No.6, Social Welfare and Nutritious meals Scheme Department, dated 06.01.2010 and direct the respondents from 1 to 4 to count half of the service rendered by the petitioner as Noon Meal Organiser (From 16.02.1983 to 17.09.1992) along with the regular service from 18.09.1992 to 31.05.2011 in the qualifying service (Translator) and sent the revised pension proposal to the 5th respondent and to further direct the 5th respondent to sanction the eligible pension and all other terminal/retirement benefits within the time as stipulated by this Court.
