Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent District Education Officer in Na.Ka.No.3144/A2/2014 dated 30.06.2014 quash the same and further Direct the 3rd respondent District Educational Officer herein to approve forthwith the appointment of Tmt.A.Shanthi as Office Assistant in the petitioner school w.e.f 01.04.2014 with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance.

Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 1st respondent Director in O.Mu.No.075196/D2/E1/2012 dated 06.10.2012 and subsequent proceedings of 2nd Respondent Joint Director in Na.Ka.Na. 17050/D2/E1/2013 dated 09.10.2013 (refusing approval to the appointment of J.Fathirose as Lab Assistant), Quash the same and further direct the 2nd Respondent District Educational Officer to approve forthwith the appointment of J.Fathirose as Lab Assistant in the Petitioner w.e.f. 31/07/2009 and disburse the grant-in-aid towards her salary with all attendant benefits.

C O M M O N O R D E R These contempt Petitions have been filed to punish the respondents for their willful and wanton disobedience and noncompliance of the orders, dated 15.03.2016 made in W.P(MD) Nos.21375, 16184 and 16183 of 2015.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.21375, 16184 and 16183 of 2015, dated 15.03.2016 have been complied with.

3. Recording the said submission, these Contempt Petitions are closed.
