Alleging that the order of this Court dated 19.01.2016 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.857 of 2016 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the complaint in Crime No.417 of 2015 has been closed as 'mistake of fact' and RCS notice has been served on the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to him to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
