This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2017 to delete the name of Karthikeyan @ Chandrasekaran in respect of Service connection No.216.010.803 Lalgudi Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District and to include the petitioner's name in the said service connection.

2.Today(16.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Board submits that both the parties claiming right over the electricity service connection No.216.010.803, Lalgudi Taluk, 2/5

Trichy. The representation of the petitioner may be considered, if the petitioner produces the relevant documents before the third respondent Board.

4.Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner and the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation along with the relevant documents in support of his claim to the third respondent Board within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the third respondent shall conduct an enquiry by affording opportunity of hearing to the respondents 4 & 5, conclude the enquiry and pass necessary orders within a period of twelve weeks from thereon. No costs.
