Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in connection with the impugned order of transfer passed by him in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 01/13520/2016 dated 15.07.2016 and the consequential impugned relieving order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.A/194/2016 dated 16.07.2016 and quash the both as illegal and arbitrary and pass such other further orders as deem fit.
