(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the encroachments made by the respondents 3 and 4 in the north street, Udayarkulam Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2017.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 fairly submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the alleged encroachments were removed by the respondents 3 and 4 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4. The above said submission is affirmed by the learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4.

5. Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
