ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 6765 of 2016, dated 26.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that based on the direction issued by this Court by order, dated 26.04.2016, the respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint and the closure report also served to the petitioner.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report is not yet received by the petitioner.

5. In view of the above submission, the respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
