... Respondent PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.3253 of 2013 dated 19.09.2014. Prayer in WP(MD)No.3253 of 2013 :

To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in Rc.No.9124/2005/At dated 30.04.2012 and quash the same and direct the respondents to superannuate the petitioner from service and to settle her retirement benefits within a reasonable time.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner clearly made a submission that after passing of the order of this Court in W.P. (MD)No.3253 of 2013 dated 19.09.2014, another charge memo was issued against the writ petitioner and the said charge memo is challenged in another Writ Petition which is pending. 2.In view of the developments occurred during the pendency of the Contempt Petition, no further consideration is required and the writ petitioner is facing charge memo even after passing of the order by this Court on 19.09.2014.

3.This being the factum, there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondent. Accordingly this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
