Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 to R3.

2. The petitioner invokes Section 77-A of the Registration Act for cancelling the petition mentioned document. The petitioner will have to necessarily await the outcome of the decision to be rendered by the Hon'ble Larger Bench. As and when the said decision comes, the second respondent will act accordingly.
