To pass an order of INTERIM DIRECTION directing the respondents to pay Provisional Pension to the petitioner along with arrears of the same from 01.03.14, pending disposal of this writ petition.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS after calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent dated 11.05.15 passed in Ref.LD.L2.6224/07, quash the same and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to pay all terminal benefits of the petitioner namely Gratuity, Leave Salary, E.P.F. Social Security scheme and etc., together with 18% interest per annum and further directing 1st and 2nd respondents to pay him pension, along with pension arrears from 01.03.14 and pension commutation together with 18% interest per annum, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

O R D E R

Heard Mr.S.Arunachalam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Jayaram, learned counsel, appearing for the first respondent and Mr.A.P.Muthu Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order dated 25.02.2016 in W.M.P.No.3518 in W.P.(MD)No.3934 of 2016 has been complied with by payment of a sum of Rs.2,37,144/- towards Provisional Pensionary Arrears to the petitioner from March 2014 to October 2016 and a letter dated 07.11.2017 has been produced by the counsel for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Recording the said submission and endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
